We tried to answer some of the most asked questions about the airport transfer order and the services we offered. Apart from these answers, you can send us all your inquiries by phone (), e-mail ([email protected]) or our contact form on our contact page.

When can / should I book my transfer?

We recommend that you book your transfer as early as possible, but at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to ensure the availability of our services. However if you need a transfer within 24 hours, our team will try to do everything possible to organize your transfer anyway.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Your reservation will be confirmed within 12 hours and the Order Confirmation Mail will be sent to you. Please make sure that your order is confirmed.

How do I find my transfer when I arrive at the airport?

If you booked a transfer from an airport, the driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a sign with your name on it or sign with "PELLOS TRAVEL" on it, from approximately 15 minutes after the indicated landing time. So you have enough time to collect your luggage and make your way to the arrivals hall. If you cant see the driver please call Emergency Contact Number for assistant.

What happens if my flights delayed? Will my transfer still be valid?

Yes. Mostly our driver monitor the flights on a regular basis. Should your flight be arriving later than expected then our drivers will be aware of this and will not charge extra.

Rezervasyon yaparken depozito ödemek zorunda mıyım?

No. All payments are taken once you meet with our driver either at the airport or from your hotel.

Are there any extra hidden charges or is the price all inclusive.

No, there are no extra hidden charges through Easytransfers.net. All car parking, fuel costs and insurance are already covered in the payment.

What can I do if I have trouble making a reservation?

If you contact us and provide all necessary information for the reservation, we can make a reservation for you and send your voucher to your e-mail address.

Is the price per person or per vehicle ?

All our price is per vehicles.

How do I pay for my transfer?

Payment will be taken by your driver at the airport or when you arrival hotel . Payment can only be taken in cash. If you have booked a return transfer then full payment will be taken at this point and nothing on the way back.

I am travelling with children, can I book child seats / baby seats?

For most routes and vehicles child seats and / or baby seats are available. Childs are counted as persons in our booking system. For more information see our terms and conditions
